Assistant Manager is a transitional role. It’s just a stepping stone to manager.

In my personal opinion, it is the least worthwhile rank in terms of effort to pay.

Now audit a lot level to create fake progression. Still wad s3 lol. They just want milk u hard.

At s to am, u dun really learn much,
just there to tank the hours and recovery for the firm. Shyt career at its best. Thats y ppl leave at S.
