EY Tech consulting A2 to S1 Pay bump
Hello, anyone from EY tech consulting knows the pay across these levels, and if there's any possible pay revision for 2023 intake, given the rising inflation?
Please help to fill in below, to your accurate knowledge:
A1: 4.5k
A2: 4.8k (1 YOE)
S1: ?
S2: ?
M1: ?
M2: ?
Thank you!

Umm cos they're in "consulting" and not actually doing software engineering?
If you're good, you would be a SWE who are always in high demand
If you're not one, then allowing you to share in the dividends of the tech boom by joining an adjacent role is already good enough. Dunch comprain
Normally, these kind of jlb roles should be worth far less pay in other industries. Except that tech is over-inflated over-valued and over-hyped.
Anyway these kind of jlb roles like HR, marketing etc for tech firms, first to get cut when the economy goes south. like what we see now.
