Come on , we all know outside pay is less than SM pay
no where outside you can get SM pay and bonuses and not many people make CFO
So an average person would just stay in big 4
Anyway , if you are such a high achiever, you wont even be in accounting

Especially my batch which is AAA/A 10th percentile lol.

Those from M&A consulting (not the M&A from CF/Deal advisory but the consulting side) draw higher pay even at the same rank. The 12k could be from M&A consulting.
