80 hours a week? I thought only FDD group works that hard.

I am from a smaller team. Top heavy, good projects, high fees and thus hours are quite reasonable.

So far, EY is work from home still. No news from upper management or comments yet. I wonder why they lease so much space if everyone WFH-> I guess this is the new way going forward

but efficiency of junior staff is low
