Unfortunately yeah I haven't gotten promoted yet. Many associates and scholars in my div. And many snakes as well. My previous supervisor also stole alot of credit and pushed alot of blame down. Since you start at fresh grad (xt5) in ur 2nd year you would be promoted to xt6. From 6 to 7 generally takes few years haha. So you are fine don't bother with what others says.
Then again can I ask how much is the increment from 5 to 6? Some mentioned its fixed amount and hrbp not disclosing haha.

Ahh fresh grad then 3yrs total not too bad, if you read in here there are ppl 6-8yrs exp prior to joining HTX and have worked at HTX for 3yrs, which brings a total of 8-10yrs working exp who are not promoted (XT6) and drawing a salary of less than 6.5k... even saw less than 6k. So you "still good" lol.

Anyway the associates in my div do less but same also fresh grad. They getting promoted this year and next year. I guess that's life. Associates get +500 too. That's so tasty.

Hustle hard guys

I joined during 2021 after I grad. It is so annoying to see other grads joining in 2022 and 2023 earning more than me. It's like HTX inherently does not value that additional 1 year of working experience at their own organisation. It doesn't help that my HRBP just seems to be gaslighting me when I ask for a review.

Are we engineers not valuable? Only scholars valuable?

I'm not 6.5k yet though. But people who joined one year later than me get that already. Seems like I'm not the only one. There's another poster who mentioned similar thing

Yes converted over. Was not promoted when switch over to htx.

Seems like to go from 6 to 7 you need to play politics or be really visible. No in-between. It do be like that. It is unnecessary toxic
