Very bad. No replies after 3 weeks. Maybe cos my CV cui and I have been repeatedly blocked by my RO when it comes to going for courses. Guess I'll have to do the udemy

Wow. I thought training is the only thing HTX doesn't scrimp and save on. Senior management pride themselves at being open to training and upskilling of staff as we are all Singaporeans.

Even if you go for courses, CV will remain cui. People don’t hire because you go for many courses. Maybe you can go for how to write a proper resume course.

Someone told me promotion increment is around 15%. Last year's increment was around 8+% with score of B. This year is reduced to 6+% for same score of B without promotion.
Just thinking if quantum reduced like bonus.
Anyway, can just jump ship and ask for 30% increment. See if got any company will bite.

I guess because my supervisor was a bad one. Like to take credit and push blame down. Always call for meeting right before lunch or at 530pm.

Wow B increment is 6%? Tats pretty good leh. What's the absolute amount? Like I mean the numerical amount. I got C and my increase was measly 300 only
