Total lo. I joined as fresh grad. Tho I'm a guy. Should I say 5 years of experience instead? Since I've got that 2 useless years

Unfortunately yeah I haven't gotten promoted yet. Many associates and scholars in my div. And many snakes as well. My previous supervisor also stole alot of credit and pushed alot of blame down. I'm basically the biggest saikang warrior yet my director seems to be blind. I need to play more politics liao sigh it's such ay toxic place to work in. It's unfortunate that we have to do such things. Politics is so dirty I abhor it.
