hello anyone here know how is the salary and career progression like for htx scholars, n how does it compare to other govt agencies like govtech/dsta/dso

HR told many people that left that the adjustment will be in July, hoping it could change their minds. Luckily no one bothered to believe them.

Hi is it easily to get emplacement after 2 years contract?
Becos I heard certain only keep renewing despite good performance.
How come?
emplacement rather contract have better security.

Not true. A lot of my colleagues, me included, gets emplaced early. About 1.5 years into the contract.
