Nothing much to learn thou. Although pay might be ok, you might be more disadvantaged in the long run.

HTX is really a joke. What's for getting ex DSTA peeps to join and want to transform HTX into another DSTA on par when the senior management cannot even fight for the pay increment? It has been a year, HTX has lost a year of increment. It has been a year and they should go and see how much DSTA has up their pay if they want to market to be like them. Really weak.

PSD rejected the proposal. Of course don't dare to announce. Scared to open the flood gate.

Maybe PSD should look into reducing the pay for some of the so called engineering schemes under HTX, as their salaries are already overpaid compared to the work nature /scope they are doing
