Actually doesn’t affect u.
But higher bonus better, coz it reduces outflow of gp from ops
Too many gp in Pte, may lower the gp prices
Too low the gp prices, will also affect heartland paeds price.

Coz when u exit paeds.
You can open a clinic in heartlands, and charge a price commensurate to your specialist qualifications

lol. 'all the hard work'
sorry to burst your bubble - no matter how much hard work a GP / FP does in polyclinic, it is still the same low value work that anybody an MBBS can do.
if it's a job that any tom dick and harry work can do, you ain't special, and you ain't deserving of any special pay.

Anyway anyone else dissapointed that the “ increase “ is the junior FP , just wish there could be a proper substantial rise to be market competitive after all the hard work we do

i guess it's always multifactorial
pay is only one aspect
there's also always the part about overall substandard clinical care, bochup colleagues, self-entitled patients demanding everything while paying peanuts
people leave all the time, money probably not going to be enough to overcome the rest of the issues

Low 4 digit. Let assume 1000 SGD. Ops is usually 16-17 mth package. So annual package is 16-17k more. Then I guess 1st year mmeder can be close to 200k already (used to be 170-180k/year before I left 3 years back)
