Ho same pay
MO is 450 dollars more for those completed ns
Those disrupted will get the 450 once they finish their service

If want to leave after july bonus, when to tender?
july bonus paid out end july right
can tender july 1? or only after bonus in acc.

Anyway anyone else dissapointed that the “ increase “ is the junior FP , just wish there could be a proper substantial rise to be market competitive after all the hard work we do

Can someone actually quantify how much is the increase? Asking from someone outside of the FM fraternity completely. (Doing residency in paeds currently)
- just confused with the whole context here.
