Does having completed the 2 years of NS (i.e. no disruption) vs disrupted (majority) affect the incoming HO/MO's salary?

Ho same pay

MO is 450 dollars more for those completed ns
Those disrupted will get the 450 once they finish their service

The real junior fp is gdfm fp.
Before the increment , with clinical allowance already 10k
Throw in various bonus about a hospital non procedure ac pay on annual basis.

Anyway anyone else dissapointed that the “ increase “ is the junior FP , just wish there could be a proper substantial rise to be market competitive after all the hard work we do

Can someone actually quantify how much is the increase? Asking from someone outside of the FM fraternity completely. (Doing residency in paeds currently)
