Finish them faster and spend time to upgrade yourself technically

I feel like doing deck is about storytelling. As you rise up the ranks, ppt becomes your bread and butter. I wouldn’t say it’s useless.

As for testing, if you are merely testing the happy flows and basic UI validations, you are not doing it correctly. You are supposed to put yourself in the shoes of a user and identify any potential areas with gaps.

If you wanna pick up technical skills, I’m afraid you are in the wrong coy.

Seeing a lot people saying no promotion cos got backlog must clear backlog. So I’m one of the backlog does that mean I confirm get promoted? Will be 1 year 11 months liao in june. PL also say don’t know but believe must promote those who are close to 2 years A if not company cannot afford a lot people quitting

You sure you are part of the backlog? If so hopefully you get promoted. Else backlog gonna snowball even harder than now

There's like 500+ TAPPERS, probably 300+ eligible (10,11)
Assuming 7% promotion as promised, its only 35 people lol
I see people in my project level 11 for ~2 years+ can't promote to level 10, let alone level 9
