Based on what I've checked in Workday, the promotions site seems to be missing some people. Perhaps it will update later on as quite a few people I know have been promoted.

You check their teams by now the teams should have updated their title

Those not promoted will get revise salary anot? actually the message from company very clear already no promotion is your own problem. They aren’t affected with people quitting because they know they can always easily hire new fresh grads in

I’m sure that’s updated, how you know they got promoted based on them telling you? And when did they tell you? Because I’ve heard the promotions weren’t finalised until very late and I’m sure the site that publish out should be the updated information. So your friends telling you unfortunately sadly they may be wiped off the promotion eventually?

If the backlog becomes backlog again, then those who are due for promotion next year also kena affected sian

No average not considered TAP. That’s why TAP there’s no promotions at all, because rest are avanade and that’s not Accenture it’s just a subsidiary of Accenture and not under TAP. Other than avanade, in Singapore only got 1 promoted to associate manager aka tech.

No wonder got the ask me anything with mark than again cos lol now no one from TAP got promoted just look at the list. Then what for waste everyone’s time to go through TD? Make us fill in what priorities and this and that please lah since when got use. Don’t need out on show and give false hope, waste people’s time not like we already not dog life in projects. Just straight up tell us no promotions then no need waste our time knn

to make it straight, going forward

now promote from one level to another will take 4 year (at least), after all the backlog and some stuff

This is not official statement, but that is what i observed, so if u just promoted last year, u can forget abt it

mark tham wun tell you all the truth, he will leave the dangling carrot for you all and expect you all to work hard
