Because I’ve heard the promotions weren’t finalised until very late and I’m sure the site that publish out should be the updated information. So your friends telling you unfortunately sadly they may be wiped off the promotion eventually?

Searched via Workday for each person who seemed likely to be promoted, which showed their updated rank even though teams did not reflect it.

This is not official statement, but that is what i observed, so if u just promoted last year, u can forget abt it

Know a girl who was from BT one she’s hardworking lah but she not so good at her work and faces challenges when handling stakeholders. Think she and her consultant changed to a bank project. Saw she got promoted this time round, about two years
