Not worth taking a masters here, even the firm don’t sponsor masters. At other firms either they sponsor your MBA or if you get an MBA you still get awarded for it

That’s the actual case all along, no one stays loyal to this firm because likewise the firm doesn’t treat the employees well or doesn’t make your capabilities and all worth

Been here for a few years and have seen how ppl end up getting burnout, amazing ppl at work not being recognised, and even those hardworking ones who worked till having health reasons. Really guys not worth working h til you fall ill man, when you sick no team no company will care for you only yourself suffering. Learn to say no and refrain from it even continuous ot

I find it surprise the company encourage people to take cloud cert exam, yet does not appreciate real education and people who willing to take time to manage study and work.

business answer: cloud cert doesn't take a lot of time, but yet sales can brag and say our delivery team have xxx number of certification. but masters, harder to quantify plus take long time, so management view it as time taken away from work instead, cant give you much load

more realistic answer: nah they probably just don't give a dam. i have seen non cert people get ahead more than cert people too. more important is whether your boss or people lead like you or not, and if they do, whether they are powerful enough to fight for you or not

I am taking my Masters for personal reason, not just to get a promotion.

Furthermore, I don't already 'got Master', I'm still studying lol
