did the management not consider working relationship aka people factor? if not for the good relationship between the workers and the superiors, people would've quit already. if the management believe they can control the workers without these middle managers, go ahead and try

Don’t think too much.
After all is just a job , not happy just quit. Plenty of jobs out there.

Go find the info yourself lah, if don’t want to hear about certain things then don’t come and view. Wonder how much info you can get on this platform about projects, culture maybe can but it has already been mentioned so many time before in short no work life balance, culture is keep overtime until got health issues

Damn annoying? Every year also keep pestering all to complete the great place to work survey then few weeks after survey end you see the leadership start posting on LinkedIn showing off what Accenture is rated top for best companies to work at major LOL. Say until so nice in mark tham’s email about what “not a formality, it’s a powerful tool that drive positive change in organisation”. Please lah don’t ******** can, previous year we do also clot any change? Got change for the key and most critical things on employees concerns? Don’t even have.
Also wonder how true this survey data is every year Accenture rated above 80%+, sure bo never see so many people jumping ship, overworked, not properly compensated, wbs anyhow get cut, still can be above 80% and top in great place to work?
We all know how after a few weeks of launch, senior leaders start spamming emails asking and reminding employees to complete, some even ask project to ask their project people to complete. Not a choice but as though all the project members are forced to do it wtf
