Yes, once you are rolled off, you have to find another project wanting to take you, otherwise you will be benched. If you are benched more than 2 months, they will politely force you to resign.

Technically you being on project is also the HR's KPI. but right now there are too many people on bench, reach out to your people lead for advice
|

then responding to email

So many people on bench, but still hiring fresh graduates funny sia.
My friend who got rolled off literally have to beg his HR fulfillment specialist for a short 15min call. And the HR not interested to help him just tell me go and apply on MyScheduling portal.
Unlike last time, my HR helped me to match project roles and check in with me every few months. Sad thing is she quitted already and the new HR assigned to me is trash

Don’t spread fear and fake news.
Known people who are on bench for >3 months and charging time to unassigned and nothing happened.
He just sleep til 11am everyday and play games with collecting free pay!
