There’s also those who I know who are well performers - doing plus ones, bds on top of project, doing a lot on project performing at next level or doing 2 persons role. They got promoted this cycle but wasn’t for fast track despite doing so many already. That’s why her case was damn unfortunate and unfair in June.
Of course there’s those one or two who perform well and have the right timing to get fast track. But it’s never purely based on MERIT here. #facts and reality

it is true
those keep saying promotion base on merit and believe "work hard = be rewarded"
is either
1. Living in their own dreamland and deceive themselves
2. Trying to smoke their junior

Seems like 1+2 tap promotion timeline is not a guideline… is the career track for above average performer.
This 2023 Dec cycle really eye opener for me. Seen analyst who have been here for 1y 3m never get senior analyst. Also seen senior analyst here only 1.5 years at level getting CL9.
End of the day, promotion is still something you need to fight for.

Wasn’t this the survey they kept spamming emails getting ppl to do? End up also ask project to get the people to do lol. I would expect best place to work at top it by companies like Google, meta, Amazon etc. Even just our fridge is no where near them to be too 5 lol

I hate my job now in Accenture doing meaningless decks, emails, documentations, but I have no real skills to change job also.
Life is really very miserable here.
