What’s the salary progression like from level 11 to level 10 to level 9. And so on if anyone knows.

Anyone got any advice for fresh tapper going for M*E and ST opportunities?
Also H&PS vs CMT which one is more advisable? I tried digging through all the past post, seems like the general consensus is that H&PS no WLB and more "xiong" work but got higher budget and more opportunities for promotion?

My advise is H&PS, the place is not bad, but the promotion is not very fast
people there tend to expecting you to do well, but during appraisal, thing doesnt happen and ask you to stay
