BRUHHH these management keep promising clients things that are soooo difficult to implement or even do wtfff?
Some stuff are basically impossible to do, like wtf then they don’t want to help guide us also, just throw task to us

Analyst is just scapegoat and someone to blame when some thing goes wrong

they just want to squeeze the analyst till last drop to satisfy their client

Some project some analysts are also very brainwashed and stupidly loyal to their manager, this make the culture worse

No management will take feedback serious, to them, they always get some support from some L11 and L10 that carry their ball

You feedback = Oh it is YOUR problem, not positive enough ETC ETC
