Yes you are right, the newly promoted L10s are taking in more than the senior L10s

L9s promoted before Nov 2023: $6800
L9s promoted after Nov 2023: $7400
Some got $6800 during Nov 2023 and others got $7400. Not sure why, but this is verified.
Was told that it is because of the TP (Talent Priority) and DA (Distinguished Achievements), in better years some got $7700 due to high TPDA.

*Mark said he wishes to adjust base pay during one of the TAP conferences but it's dependent on the earnings (earnings were poor FYI)

**Numbers here are only for TAP and does not include Strategy, Song etc.

***Numbers here are only valid till 2024 Nov (heard new numbers are coming out in Sep, this is unverified)

A who got promoted to SA last Dec 2023 is getting revised pay of 5.9k including allowances. But this group of SA won’t be getting increment from SA year 1 to SA year 2. In the past there’s increment for SA year 1 to year 2. This was already highlighted by Mark Tham in explaining the increase in SA pay for those newly promoted in dec 2023. Don’t believe ask your friends who became SA in dec 2023. With that said it’s not amazing it’s technically just bringing forward your year on year increment up front…

Why got SA under TAP who never get promoted to C after more than 2 years? Is it you are under performing or what? Cause all SA should become C in 2 years or max 2.5 years right per the TAP structure? And the last two years have seen SA becoming C under TAP 2-2.5 years what. What’s going on can confirm if the staying stuck at SA is minority?

Seems like my 2022 batch is suay, because we don't get the initial pay bump nor the Year 2 pay increment. Not worth staying if promotion is delayed then as there won't be any increase.

If signed the contract already but will only start quite a few months later, will the pay be revised for TAP? Has there been such cases before?
