I feel Accenture now is a connection based company rather than merit base
they telling blue collar to be merit based
yet the white collar ppl play the connection based, mark tham removed the month Q&A
The whole accenture is screw up

What’s the difference between Management Consultant and MC Delivery Specialist? Both are level 9. I know Management Consultant is under S&C consulting arm, but have never seen a MC Delivery Specialist and MC Delivery Manager. Isn’t the level 9 term specialist used for those under tech?

Depends on what pod you’re in. Assuming you’re coming in under TAP, if you’re in the cm pod yes you’ll do change management related roles. Not so much of uat, sit, texting as those are tech roles, you’ll do these if you’re holding a BA role in a project. MC analyst are just internal job names in Accenture but what you actually do depends on the role you’re holding in the projects. Under consulting, there are other roles in projects where you get to do innovation, research, report writing, strategy sometimes etc. but again these roles and projects are rare to come by lo so mostly change management related for cm pod. For those not in tech pods also can do non tech roles on projects so it’s dependent on what they are offered
