True. Lvl 9 alrdy need to lead a small team of analyst mostly fresh grads. If they fk up u kena fk by everyone else because normally senior managers / directors don’t scold analysts one. I quitted once I hit AM for 6 mth. Went to Big 4 become manager. Life is much better with better than AM pay also

But have been 11 days since I applied for the graduate consulting analyst talent advancement programme, have not received anything and status still stuck at “Application received”… not sure what’s going on or I’m rejected for the opening I applied for last week?

I have actually interned there before but under the business analytics track, I applied for the consulting analyst position as I wanted to do consulting. So even if I reach out to my previous intern supervisor/team lead and if they do help to refer does the referral works for the TAP and also cross track to consulting?

Does anyone knows if ACN only review and process applicants after the role is closed? Or do they start reviewing once you submit and proceed to send you the next steps? Cos many other companies have been sending across next step when I applied last week or so. ACN is taking quite sometime, been close to 2 weeks and my status is still application received…

I just promoted to L8 in Dec 2021. Base Pay increment from 7.8k to 9.8k, inclusive of the 400 allowance, excluding hot skills and other bonuses.
