Whats the reason for that tho? Demanding clients? 1 person doing 2 persons job to maintain margin? Or the work is challenging?

Actually quite curious, for analysts who join us there a proper like training in place or like a standard type of work analysts will be doing? If not how do you know that you’re really doing proper work and not some work that the senior analysts or consultants don’t wanna do? Cos this will determine your promotion also what and also your value and what you can bring to the next job

For those who got a negotiated higher salary, does promotion salary increment adds on to your own base salary? Or it’s the standard? Like example usually analysts base is 4.5k, promote to senior analysts is increase 400. So normal people would be 4.9k base. But for someone who got a higher salary at analysts like maybe 4.7k, and gets promoted to senior analysts, will the salary be 5.1k (4.7k + 400 increase) base or the same as all for senior analysts of 4.9k?
