Those higher ups in Accenture really damn entitled think they are the kings and queens everyone must listen and treat them with the highest possible respect. Think about when you were still a freaking analyst, do you like to be treated this way? No right. This clearly shows how the firm promotes these type of ppl with no leadership skills and now they don’t know how to lead their people well

not speaking on behalf of leadership, i am also a SA. but you sound like a keyboard warrior complain about this and that and everyting during lunch w your fellow analysts...
but when need pen down ur name and face, u confirm quiet and dont dare to voice out.

quite normal, the real good analyst will just keep themselves employable and open for new opportunities. Brushing up resume and skills , once they stop seeing a point to stay will not hesitate to jump and get a 2-30% increment at least.
Usually those who whine whole day lacks real skills and ended up stuck in the firm doing low value work like UAT, manual testing, ops, etc
