June promotion cycle...
Backlogs, not ready, and many other ******** reasons.
Empty promises and screwed up TAP program.
Who's going to compensate us for the delay in our salary?
Still expect us to work and perform at the next level when everything is delayed.
Imagine if the whole team just throw letter, let's see how the project go live.

Lmao Accenture got so fantastic meh? Recently interviewed with some leader in the firm and question so much and feel my past experiences don’t fit the role when it’s literally a similar row I’m applying to. HR picked up my resume and progressed me yet that particular lead so picky and expectations set as McKinsey ah??

Accenture clearly isn’t doing well, investing so much money in what Gen AI for whatever reason but cannot even compete with other bigger firms in this Gen AI area just putting on show and wasting resources. This money could have been used to invest in their own people, improving the current perks and rewards, giving more training to its people (the Jan dragon TAP talk, the pod all share got this and that trainings, end up there’s nothing lmao), increasing the allowances (like hello enough meh and stagnant for so long). Sell better projects lah like bruh employees suffering and going through **** cos of badly managed projects.

Just my observation that there have been increasing number of employees being unhappy in the firm. This clearly shows that the company isn’t caring for the employees and there’s nothing they can do to retain its talents. It’s extremely common to see those A to C levels leaving, so I’ve always been damn curious about those higher position leaders who always pride themselves of how great the company is and doubting why other leave.

Ya especially those higher ups who like to misuse their power and bully the analysts. Project and client bad still can tahan, the worst is your managers are a pain in the ass. Yet they get x10 of your pay is idiotic enough

Those CC that like to switch out projects for their own counselees when the other person has already been soft booked or client or project is interested to bring on is really an asshole. As much as you want to be a great cc to your counselee but if both are available and the project shows interest in the other person there’s a reason right? What makes you think you can use your power to request for this switch? The project can also see that your counselee is bench and theres a reason he or she isn’t soft book or interviewed right. LMAO JOKERS.

Have seen a lot of so called CC aka manager level only nia playing with their power. Really think they all great and mighty in this shitty firm. Put them out in the market please like an ant for people to pinch bruh
