we don't deserve this

Read the first line thought new joiners regret joining and finally understand what all the seniors on the forum have been saying. End up merely this whole stupid salary thing, sound so pampered like a strawberry gen sia. Ok lo then 4.9k then 4.9k, do we even know who you are to exert hate on you? Bruhhh

Funny. Today I see my teams many managers on leave, while all the analysts / consultants working.

Remember guys, manager on bench 1 month = SR.A on bench 2 months. We can afford the on bench period of 3-4months no problem

How to purposely stay on bench and take free pay?
My CC told me I should go find project first then roll off, then keep forcing me go and take certifications. I just want to do the bare minimum stay as analysy also cannot?

Lol. If you wanna just do the bare minimum, this is not the company for you. Technically speaking, you are well aware of how intense some of the projects can be and you willingly accepted the offer. So it’s only expected that you deliver what is expected of you - which is never the bare minimum.

Teach you one way. Find a project that's burning, they ask you fix the fire, you pour gasoline instead. Then they will be scared and won't ask you do work anymore
Then you can do bare minimum and not be on bench to be flagged out. Win win
No guarantees on not getting PIP though. But seeing how blind the management is, guess is you will pass or even get promoted lol
