Graduating student here planning to apply for the TAP program, wanted to ask how is the experience like and the progression is it really like what they shared? Promote after 1 year and then promote again after 2 years?

If you have a solid resume you’re better off somewhere else. Pay isn’t attractive here nor is progression.

Those who didn’t get promoted in June, will you all quit? Even those few who promoted in dec also well exceeded the promise of tap 1+2 years, let alone those who got deferred and still not getting promoted

Is it all who were due to promoted in dec 2023 and didn’t are considered deferred promotion for June td and get priority? Or out of these there’s another sub category who are the actual deferred promotees and get priority? If not isn’t it still a bulk of people to be promoted in June and as we all know they wouldn’t be the case, only a handful so doesn’t that alr means out of all those who are due there’s another “ranking” sort of to pick the top few who will be promoted in June?
