Graduating student here planning to apply for the TAP program, wanted to ask how is the experience like and the progression is it really like what they shared? Promote after 1 year and then promote again after 2 years?

Are you ok to share where you’re at now? And why were you stuck as SA for 5 years? I thought tap allows you to promote from SA to Consultant in 2 years? At least this was what they stated and shared in those uni visits

Usually those who whine whole day lacks real skills and ended up stuck in the firm doing low value work like UAT, manual testing, ops, etc
Look around real good analysts also know how to complain because they know what their skills are valued for and not being unvalued or treated badly here. Only those who are dumb and lack skills won’t complain because what’s there for them to complain when they themselves are lacking? Commons sense bro

If you have a solid resume you’re better off somewhere else. Pay isn’t attractive here nor is progression.

Those who didn’t get promoted in June, will you all quit? Even those few who promoted in dec also well exceeded the promise of tap 1+2 years, let alone those who got deferred and still not getting promoted

Is it all who were due to promoted in dec 2023 and didn’t are considered deferred promotion for June td and get priority? Or out of these there’s another sub category who are the actual deferred promotees and get priority? If not isn’t it still a bulk of people to be promoted in June and as we all know they wouldn’t be the case, only a handful so doesn’t that alr means out of all those who are due there’s another “ranking” sort of to pick the top few who will be promoted in June?
