Those higher ups in Accenture really damn entitled think they are the kings and queens everyone must listen and treat them with the highest possible respect. Think about when you were still a freaking analyst, do you like to be treated this way? No right. This clearly shows how the firm promotes these type of ppl with no leadership skills and now they don’t know how to lead their people well
