Know people who damn good at por-ing/boot licking the higher management but do not have the skills or just mediocre normal performers. While those hardworking and good in their job have normal promotion progression or even delayed because on the month they join. The stupidest reason I’ve seen is not enough money not enough budget, like this is a proud thing meh? Just underlines real reasons as to how “best place to work at” (LOL) and big company have no money? Huhhhh

it's not gender bias, this is everywhere in every company
they will always promote the guy or girl who comes up with new stuff that gets the most visibility.
doing ur work in silence is the dumbest thing ever, so what if u can do ur job? so what if u can help others do their jobs? if no manager knows or sees it and all you're doing is just "daily tasks", no one cares.
i got plenty of friends who don't even do their own tasks, instead they come up with a bunch of nonsense prototype and chase big clients with the most impact for maximum visibility

Is it true there’s a lot of affairs in the company? Heard there’s this consultant who was married but had an affair with a senior manager, ended up getting divorce. They both like still so proud about it not even worried about people talking about it. Those who worked with them before on the same project will know who the consultant and manager are. This quite well known
