Exit opp: probably ey would be better as the tech that Accenture does is more on implementation side. The business and integration arch analyst sounds pretty tech but actually does similar as the business analysts and it’s implementation basically. As for ey cos it’s tech consulting so you get to experience and develop both areas of skill sets and it’s in data and analytics so you can expect more tech related role which tech is highly sought after now

I received the offer from Accenture about a month ago after the 12 March EE. I've signed the contract but I might consider reneging the contract haha As far as I know, there is no penalty for that
EY offered me a few hours ago and I really do like the fact that they are more focused on the technical aspect since I majored in Analytics. Just slightly disappointed that their pay is fixed at 4k for fresh grads and non negotiable. That extra 900/month from ACN is really tempting.

My friend will be starting in August! Their pay is 5k which is higher than ACN and big4 for fresh grads. Based on what I heard from interviewers at ACN and EY, it seems that ACN and EY's training program for fresh grad is simply throwing them into a project and letting them tag along with the seniors. Thoughtworks has this program called thoughtworks university where they put you with fresh grads from all over the world for a few months to attend their courses which teaches you tech skills and soft skills.
Not sure which role you applied for but based on what I heard, it seems that thoughtworks is more focused on implementation of solutions as compared to ACN and big 4. Thoughtworks' interview process involve pair programming

hello! thanks for replying! what do u think of their reputation as compared to ACN, BIG 4 or whatever consulting firms! hahahaha. I feel like a lot of consulting firms focused on BIG4, MBB, and ACN. so those 'smaller' firms were not mentioned!

Seems like your heart is telling you that ey may be a better fit. Just like what you’ve mentioned that you specialises in analytics so Accenture wouldn’t really do you much value in the tech or analytics scene. 4K from ey is not underpaying you either as 4K ie market or standard uni grad pay, but you may want to consider at least you’re doing a role that’s really involved in tech or what you’re interested in do that you can jump to better offers in future. If you’re only doing implementation it will be hard for you to move in to tech intense roles in future.
