EY offered me a few hours ago and I really do like the fact that they are more focused on the technical aspect since I majored in Analytics. Just slightly disappointed that their pay is fixed at 4k for fresh grads and non negotiable. That extra 900/month from ACN is really tempting.

Sorry my guy - EY hours are as bad or worse than accenture. With less pay.

Ey 4K counted a lot alr right cos big 4 known to be paying much lesser like 3k plus or 3.8k highest I’ve heard

How long does strategy analyst get promoted to senior analyst ah? See like they hardly promote many are analysts for 2-3 years. And what do they work on is the wlb at strategy side better?

Anyone knows anything about the TAP- HR program that came out recently? same pay as the other TAP programs or what? i read the description on their website seems like they got more structure than the general TAP

Not fixed and depends on performance. Wlb is better.

Ya the hr is the accelerator program not tap. But it’s been there for longer than that of tap. It’s better and as you’ve said better structured
