EY offered me a few hours ago and I really do like the fact that they are more focused on the technical aspect since I majored in Analytics. Just slightly disappointed that their pay is fixed at 4k for fresh grads and non negotiable. That extra 900/month from ACN is really tempting. |
Seems like your heart is telling you that ey may be a better fit. Just like what you’ve mentioned that you specialises in analytics so Accenture wouldn’t really do you much value in the tech or analytics scene. 4K from ey is not underpaying you either as 4K ie market or standard uni grad pay, but you may want to consider at least you’re doing a role that’s really involved in tech or what you’re interested in do that you can jump to better offers in future. If you’re only doing implementation it will be hard for you to move in to tech intense roles in future.
