But small audit firms are helping clients to do up the financial statements, instead of client doing it themselves

these audit firms also charge clients a fee for helping do up the financial statements

no wonder people go to big 4 because client are actually competent

Big4 also using another department to help client draft FS and charge super high fees.

Big4 help client prepare consolidation for non listed companies too.

If not big4 are giving client their firm illustrative FS template to client to fill the numbers in.

Then big4 help to review the FS.

Seriously client will know how to draft the entire FS without template?

I see 5 listed companies with same auditor KPMG....LOLOL...they all look similar in presentation

To all associates and seniors, if u want to know whether your manager read the minutes or contract, insert a tortoise in between the soft copy PDF files.

See they come find you or not

If not purposely make a minor numerical error and see if they spot it

I agree. These JHK managers transferred from KL know nothing about managing fresh graduate and new associates.

They only know how to associates and using the KL style to manage associate.

Their files were thrown out by the audit partners back in KL Big4 and now they doing the same thing to the new associaates.
