not yet. i from ite. but my circular by finance director states that increment date remains the same as previously, so think that fears of increment date push back to sept may be unfounded.

the basis is that you will cross the bar only once in the scheme of things.
either before the adjustment with the old pay scale, or after the adjustment with the new pay scale.
eg if you crossed the bar before the adjustment, and with the new salary range your new salary is below the bar, you would have still been deemed to have crossed the bar.

I received a job offer from one of the polys. Anyone can share with me your experience working as a poly lecturer?
Overall was it a positive experience? How is the workload, working environment, politics, etc? And what do you like or dislike most about being a poly lecturer? Many thanks!!

Hmm, do polys take long time to process their application? Went thru' the 1st interview and waiting for 2nd one but it is like no news... Interviewers from 1st interview said gonna get back to me but...

Might be good to drop them a note if you've been waiting for e.g. more than 3 weeks. That's what I did and arrangements were made for me to attend a second interview.
