How much increment in salary should one expect when jump from pax6 to pax5 (promotion increment) ?

What if your salary before adjustment was above the bar and now with the new range and adjustment, your salary went below the bar? Have to cross the bar again?

They should just give a % across the broad like MOE.

What the number after the slash "/" mean?

My guess is:
First number is minimum salary of the pax range
Second number is the 'bar'
Third number is the maximum salary or 'cap'

it is not in percent.
mostly 100-150$

With the new adjustment cap, only increase $40 to $5200!

My existing salary is at the max of pax6e 5160, do u think I can have any salary adjustment or stuck with the new cap of 5200
