I can imagine the angst of those who are near to the old ceiling getting a minimum adjustment. The last time there was an adjustment, those who go adjusted beyond the bar get to cross it. But those who are near to the ceiling got stuck.

The worst were those who were at the ceiling of 5A who got demoted to the ceiling of PAX6. Almost no increment!

Stuck for 2 years, hopefully there is a promotion as promised by direct boss but subjected to top management approval. Normally what is the minimum grade for promotion C1 or B ?

the current performance grade needs to be B. There is also a criteria for the previous performance grade, though this will be different for different PAX.
