Pax 6A scale looks strange. 5200-5150 is not 4%.
Unless they do the Personal To Holder thing again...

please read the HR announcements properly. its "up to 4%", and not a across the board (within PAX6 in this case) increase.

if a person is currently at the top of PAX6 at $5150 and has a banding of A, giving him 4% would bust the new ceiling $5200. So i think HR will do the stewpig Personal To Holder thing..

Those who are closer to bar also will have much less than 4% adjustment. As it is they will have merit increment, which can't be denied around 100$ for C grade. And still after these 2 adjustments the salary has to remain below bar.

if at the top(max) of pax6 then get A, usually this implies a good chance to jump to pax5(which means a decent increase)? the quantum for A @ PAX6 is very decent and if you add in the quantum for PAX6->PAX5 thats even pretty decent.

heard some bad news that people say the increments now will not be in April, but push to sept ! Now that is like give us revision in sept 2012, pay arrears in march, but then delay increment by 6 months, so they give first, then take back half later! Not so fair lei, if true. Pay revision is pay revision to inline with industry, increment is reward for your performance.!!

Not true. The adjustment will take effect from Sept alright, but Sept 2012 and not Sept 2013!
