seniors said forget about getting A (only 2-3 staff in pax6 get that)
B (very few <100 staff)
C+ if you have done quite substantial work and met all KPIs
C met most of KPIs

most get C+ or C.

For PAX6, increment is not in %age, but in fixed quantum.

no, you misinterpret or maybe i wasn't clear. yes, Revision is from sept 2012 backdated, great. but our normal yearly INCREMENT (normally in April) is now pushed back to sept 2013.

so, we will get the backdated revision of pay, but the merit increment which we expect yearly to take effect in april pay 2013, will now be pushed to sept 2013.

so they give us backdate revision in sept - mar 2013, but take back the 6 month of increment from april to sept!

That is ridiculous!

I get more from merit increment ithan from pay adjustment, as I'm at pax6

I hit pax6 ceiling, so confirm merit increment will be more than pay adjustment increment

ITe had a briefing, i was there. but i went a bit late, so i didn't hear this exact wording. but my colleguages who were there said tht our hr director mentione this. that the Merit increment will now be inline with MOE. meaning september. A few of them mention to me. I really hope that they misheard or misinterpreted, but have a sneaky feeling its' true!!

btw, the ITE revision items and scale and increment all inline with poly. so i think the same policies will take effect across the board for 5 poly and ite. Hope my collesgues are wrong!!

What nonsense are you talking about?
You already hit pax6 ceiling, no matter how good your rating is, you wont be getting any increment as you already hit the ceiling. Hence, either you will be promoted to pax5 or stay put at pax6.

I thought the annual merit increment thing is always during July of the year?
