Yup. At least there's some news (aka rumors) flying around about this, and this AD bothered to hint this to his/her staff. Obviously, no details was divulged; I reckon he/she doesn't know the details either. I guess we just have to be patient. If there are more details, I'm sure someone will share them here.

Hi all ITE and Poly lecturers, would like to seek your advice on two things:

1. how is the pay scale at ITE differs from Poly?
2. I am now 42. Is it too late to enter this line?

Have been considering it the past few years but current MNC pay is comfortably supporting the family at 9k plus.

Why do you want to leave the MNC?

You will probably start at poly with 5k and ~2-3 months bonus. That is, if they accept you.

you will have to take a huge pay cut. Don't think you will do it. Unless you're getting axed due to restructuring.

I'm sorry. What hoax? There has been briefing by HR at HQ to union and this was passed to union reps. Or are you calling ITE people liars? Who are you?
