This is little unfortunately, I have only 1.5years of working experience and I am receiving 4.1k. Thats kind of sad that your salary isnt way more than me given your years of experience and qualification.

Usual annual increment is 100-200. It's pretty pathetic

healthcare is good if you're an N level/nitec who join as a PSA. Cause they treat you damn well. Give you extra increment and bonuses and benefits cause you low income and deserve more than what execs are getting.

Because my starting pay with this PHI was only at $3750. Every year only increase by $100 plus. 8 years later I only barely cross the $5K mark.
