female.
all my colleagues took 10 years to get from JG12 to JG13. I predict at least 15 years for me to get from JG13 to JG 14, so still a long long way to go, im just halfway through.
Do you know the pay increment from JG 13 to 14?

singhealth only adjusted the pay increment last year, previously it was lower at 2.2% +$50.
but overall, i think singhealth bonus is the lowest.
at the end of the day, the salary package evens out for all 3 clusters and our pay still sucks.
the salary revision only happens once every 5 years, and its just a meagre %.

5 years? before the covid adjustment, the last one was 7 years ago.

2016 then 2021. so on average every 5 years. the next one should be around 2026.

make good use of the LNA and go for opportunities outside bah.
opportunities in the public healthcare sector really not worth it unless you are a medical specialist.
senior management is deaf to your compensation anyway.

Fixed quantum is so bo hua, the higher your salary, you lose out more on the %.

what is the benefits for singhealth? does anyone know?
for nuhs is 600 a year for medical appointments ONLY. no flexible credits of that sorts. Who spends 600 on doctors anyway?

every year also wont beat inflation. last year my cluster gave us a token $350 to 'fight inflation'. LOL thanks.
so little, less than 200 for JG13 to 14?
i heard senior to principal can be up til $1K pay increment.
in singhealth, JG13 is senior executive, JG 14 is AM (senior AHP), JG 15 is manager (principal AHP).

it's about the same as singhealth i think. can only claim for public hospitals, cant even claim for private specialist. like im seeing a private specialist and need to do a procedure, HR say cannot claim.
$150 dental, seriously so little, one visit already used up.
last time used to have flexible benefits which can use to claim for glasses etc and i regret porting over to the new one which only allow for medical claims.
