How much is your pay range now? If no progress in ur current role/department , then better jump.

But I can't jump to PHI since there's no pay increment. If I didn't remember wrongly, for JG13 its up to $7700, I'm in mid 5K only.

What are the criteria for progressing from a pharmacist to a senior pharmacist (from level two to level three)? Also, why some hospitals offer a direct promotion to senior pharmacist on the first advancement, whereas others need two promotions to achieve that rank?

Sometimes im worried i dont see old people working at hospitals as allied health professionals... is it a young person job? where do all the older folks go. do they just marry doctors and exit the sevice

Current agreement will last till Mar 2025. Increased from 2 to 3 years.

Heresay turnover rate is like 50% over 5 years for pharmacists in the past. Not sure if same or changed
