Not true. some staff won't get the AI.

I can only confirmed for the following in singhealth.

JG11 to 12, 12 to 13, increment is about $200 plus.

No idea for 13 to 14.

I was told 14 to 15 can be up to $1K, but that is hearsay, and keyword is 'up to'.
