Hospital (Private or Public) Designation and Salary Range

Hi all,

I'm JG 12 and have been a good performer althought less than 2 years with the org.
At my appraisal, it was hinted that a promotion would happen by July 2024.

Like to ask what is the increment I can expect from JG12 to JG13?
And is there an unspoken guideline that less than 2 years experience, difficult to justify for a promotion in the Dec cycle?

Probably 6 to 10% depending on your role and base.

Do pharmacists have an up-or-out culture?

To be eligible to promote in Jan off-cycle. Across all clusters, you must get at least exceed requirement in the previous TPM.

Can I ask if anybody managed to promote from 12 to 13 or 11 to 12 with MR grade the last 2 years?

MR is meet requirements?
Probably as 12 to 13 is like a executive to senior executive position
