started at the median range for exec got promoted and not even near the middle range.

I believe most hospital managements are trying to fix this issue. Trying to hasten the promotion timeline from JG 13 to 14.

From 14 to 15, i think need climb Mount Everest.

Might as well don't promote me. JG13 to 14 is junior to senior. I need to do more work for just extra $200? No thanks.

Most of us will retire at 14. Usually one section only 1 principal,or max 2, at least for my department.

15 onwards badge also change colour, from white to blue. Hahaha.

depends on what kind of work also right. sometimes senior see less patient, isnt it great?

I'm not patient fronting. Senior and principal is very stressful in my department.
