Might as well don't promote me. JG13 to 14 is junior to senior. I need to do more work for just extra $200? No thanks.

Most of us will retire at 14. Usually one section only 1 principal,or max 2, at least for my department.
15 onwards badge also change colour, from white to blue. Hahaha.

depends on what kind of work also right. sometimes senior see less patient, isnt it great?
