Even big 4 consulting dont pay so high. 5.5k is like senior consultant package already.

GovTech slack? Also, what is big 4 consulting? Are you talking about SWE or other roles? Because SWE's pay is pretty high now and 5.5k for fresh grad is just a little above average.

i sometimes don understand why HR and Bosses assume the very juniors can front PS/DS/SD/D in meetings and I seen a lot of times their bosses ended up have to present/answer PS/DS/SD/D themselves.

need some fresh grad lah. but when your ratio is 5 fresh grad : 1 senior then I think something is seriously wrong

I think they seriously underestimate the skill difference between junior and senior and the value they provide

Pay and benefits wise same as govtech?
