actually cannot say like that la, all org still need fresh grad de but the adjustment was not fair to just increase juniors but not seniors...
that is why now the big bosses fumbling...
i sometimes don understand why HR and Bosses assume the very juniors can front PS/DS/SD/D in meetings and I seen a lot of times their bosses ended up have to present/answer PS/DS/SD/D themselves.
