Well, it’s their decision. To me, I am satisfied with the salary offered, work experience to be added to my resume and abundance learning opportunities. I don’t see much differences btw perm and direct contract except for the corporate bonus vs contract bonus and performance bonus. However these are now all aligned to be same as perm now when they standardised it for everyone a year ago.

every division has a fixed number of perm and supernumerary headcount

mind to share what is the contract bonus pay structure? bonus is fixed?

Depends heavily your experience. If hr feels you have sufficient experience they will make you perm.

If they feel you have not enough experience then give you contract. Your RO then needs to recommend you to perm based on your performance. If they extend you means you not performing as expected.

no. there is a limited number of perm headcount.
