in ST , a real manager is minimum M3.
M2 is just inflated title, as ST is cheapo on the salary getting M2 to do M3 role

What is the corporate title like in ST? M1 -> M2 -> M3 -> AVP -> VP/head?

Hi all, Im new here. Offered E5 for 5k. Dipolma Cert with 8years working exp. Have a few questions and hope you all can advise..
1. Is there different between outsourcing and alternate sourcing? I was told my case is alternate sourcing.
2. I understood that my annual bonus will only be 1 month (for completion of contract), will I be getting any ST bonus apart from performance bonus which i would not get.
3. Is is possible for outsource staff to become perm? And what are the chances? Seem very unlikely since there are so many contract staff.
4. As i thought converting to perm staff is ideal. But after hear say hear say, some claimed that staying as contract better than becoming perm.. is it true and why?
I dun have a weak heart. So please feel free to give me your 100% opinions be it bias or not.

1. There’s a difference for employment type and the staff benefits differs greatly between each type.
2. I’m sure your contract wrote the max amount of bonus. I’m not sure how contented you will be hired as a E5 with 8 years experience as there are fresh grads who can’t do **** being paid at 4.8k and have people cleaning their ass for them.
3. It’s possible for conversion, but how many years are you willing to wait. My friend was promised a conversion as there was headcount. But VP say no and if your division head don’t what to fight for you. what can you expect?

Perm is better, better bonus and benefits. For instance perm staff bonuses average 2months and above. There still many other benefits. For contract you are second citizen. Once contract end if no project you will get kick worse scenario. Perm you are sort of safe iron bowl

This year there might be an adjustment, hold out for it. Though outsource and contract staffs will not get it.
